Integrity: We believe science and finance are—should be—about integrity seeking truth from facts, or from data, and benefitting society.  We approach our work with integrity, as principled researchers and citizens.

Interdisciplinarity: We don’t believe in artificial boundaries between disciplines.  We believe economics, in particular, has been too insular and promote collaboration in all its forms.

Innovation: We do not just invest in innovation; we seek to invest in new ways, unencumbered by how things used to be done in a different by-gone time or by dogma.

Intuition: We don’t let machines decide.  We rely on machines to do what humans cannot, such as reading millions of complex documents, but we begin and end with judgment.
